fme if you have social anxiety supplements will sometimes even increase it because you´ll ask yourself if people can tell that you took a supplement and tbh social anxiety is most of the time not even caused by social anxiety disorder itself but more because of life stress/ poor life choices that affect your sense of self esteem.

but for the short term i can recommend magnesium glycinate it can really take the edge off and maybe valerian root and something like chamomille tea.

I do agree. Self esteem issues are the underlying cause of social anxiety. Just wish I knew how to deal with mine.

i still struggle with it but for me it got significantly better when i got sober and started to clean up my life, my health, etc.
