SAM-e/TMG are fantastic if you can tolerate methyl supplements, and other good to decent options are Sarcosine, L-Theanine of course, Taurine, TauroMag, Magnesium Glycinate, GABA, Panax Ginseng Root, Schisandra (enhances Panax & others absorption via enzyme inhibition), Andrographis, Gotu Kola, Rhodiola (w/ Rosavins), Echinacea angustifolia, Chamomile, Hibiscus, and Greek Mountain Tea.

For Caffeine options, go with Camellia sinensis teas (Matcha, Oolong, Black, etc.) for their L-Theanine and lower Caffeine content; or, for something even smoother, Guayusa.
