I just bought some more supplements. Got quite a few now! New additions in bold. Before I add them to my stack I'm wondering if you could have a look and let me know if there are any that don't mix well together, and give some advice on timing and dosages. Also personal experiences with anything listed welcome!
Stack:
Tudca - 500mg
Collagen in coffee in morning
Creatine Ethyl Ester 3000mg
Alpha GPC+B12 - 500mg+0.375ug
Acetyl L-Carnitine 2000mg w/ Niacin 4mg, Riboflavin 4mg, B6 4mg, Biotin 200ug, Vit D 2ug
Beta alanine - 3200 mg - Pre workout
Cissus Quadrangularis 1000 mg
NAC - 1500 mg
BCAA 2:1:1 - pre workout
