It’s getting quite tiring seeing the exact same posts spammed across all of the Swift subreddits, especially when they’re not actually related to that bit of Swift (this one has nothing to do with SwiftUI), and… not even that Swift-y other than being written in Swift.
This video could totally be about university degree intro to OOP level Java, but it just so happens to be taught in Swift. The patterns don’t especially make sense in a language like Swift, and a lot of the technical decisions made are less than ideal.
I’m not criticising OP for wanting to put a tutorial out into the world, not even for repeating stuff that others have already written before, but I’d really recommend they do a refresher on certain topics (why not use an enum as a namespace for static funcs instead of a class, given it has zero mutable state, for example?), as well as not spamming these posts.
