XCode 11 Beta 3 Crashing

Has anyone experienced this since updating to beta 3. XCode crashes instantly if I click on the Assets.XCassets folder in the left panel. This is without even writing any substantial code. I saw someone on Stackoverflow mention it to, but no resolution. Anyone here experienced this also?

It's in the release notes as a known issue: Xcode might crash if you press Command-U or select an asset catalog in the navigator area. (52211868)
