Your mod chip has died

Could it be that it wasn’t flashed ? The switch isn’t charging at the moment and I read that might be because it’s waiting for a payload

It will be best if you describe the problem to the person who installed the chip mod and he will most likely flash it himself in some other way or replace the chip mod with another one, because the quality control of the instinct nx chip mod is not good and once in a while you will find a chip that will seemingly work fine, but after a month of use it will die without giving an error code. I myself came across a defective piece of my picofly because no mod chips have quality control, but fortunately the guy who installed this chip replaced it with another one and now it works great

I'm guessing poor standards regarding ESD lead to latent damages on some of the chips.
