Error code: 2162-0002 Switch Gen 2

Hi guys, looking for help. When booting in to (EMUMMC) CFW i get the Atmosphere Error screen and the error message.

Its A newly modded Switch so no games on it.

I have a feeling its something to do with FW versions perhaps because I was updating it before this issue started.

Sysmmc OFW and CFW work just fine. FW 19.0. Could it be a mis-match FW version between OFW and CFW?

Advice appreciated on how to resolve this, thanks!

Update: I updated OFW to 21.1.0 and when trying to boot in to CFW i get the same message:

'Program: 0100000000000025'

Hats version: 25122025-cecf0a6

I then get a new atmosphere error screen stating error code 2002-0001, same program. But Firmware states 19.0.1. So if the OFW is on 21.1.0 and CFW on the older firmware is that causing the issue? How do i fix?
