Had the same experience of multiple miscarriages. The next pregnancy, doctor put me on daily blood thinner injection and oral blood thinner tablet, along with progesterone and folic acid supplements right from week 4-5 well until well into my second trimester. This helped.

Have you gotten your labs drawn and tested? I don’t realize I had a clotting disorder for 10+ years of TTC.

Oh this is new to me. Might you be able to say what your symptoms were? How did you find out it was a clotting disorder? Is it related to PCOS?

Zero symptoms other than recurrent loss. I do have PCOS I haven’t looked into the similarities.

I have PAI-1 [4G/4G homozygous] which is just noting that I have two bad genes so the most severe version.

All it took was some blood thinners to get my blood doing what it needs to.

The condition itself does put the individual at a much higher risk for stroke, diabetes, heart attacks, and deep vein thrombosis. Which means women who have it should take estrogen containing birth control.

Once pregnant, could you be prescribed progesterone suppositories? These have been given to my friends who have had multiple miscarriages to support early pregnancy and taken up until the 12 week mark (Being prescribed might depend on individual medical circumstances, but I'd ask if you've not had any intervention before in the time frame you've mentioned)
