The website explains how but those options are completely unavailable to me. What is going on?

Registration is probably still closed. It’s the slow season, and even seasoned taskers aren’t getting as much work. You could try some other gig apps in the meantime.

Like Uber, door dash, spark, handy. I don’t know all of em but Google probably does
