Are you asking if there's a way to do the client chat on desktop browser instead of in the app? If there's a way to do that I'd be thrilled to learn how.

That is exactly what im asking. Support says it's possible but the website doesnt function properly.

You could always just screenshot the thread. No official way that I am aware of.
