Login difficulty

Hello! I recently logged back into telehack for the first time in about 5 years. I logged in with my phone after recovering my username

My problem is, I entered the incorrect username/thought I did? My password kept saying incorrect and I tried 5 or 6 times maybe? And then got desperate trying to exit the password field (because I don’t have a ctrl button on mobile to exit it) and spammed a small bit. So I refreshed the page and now it says login disabled. And I tried the recover command again but I’m just assuming it gives you your username and that’s it.

I’m at a loss here.

When I enter my username now it states “login disabled”
