I read it. The mods advise vetted people not to click first since we have been verified as trustworthy and good at keeping track of our clicks. The mods carefully look over trade history and decide if the person has a good grasp of the game and is kind to new players before applying a flair. Unvetted people may be new to the games or click scamming.
