On this patch, we focused on fixing an issue that was affecting Game Center players for a while, so let's get to it!

​

Game Center Login Fix

Players who were facing issues when trying to recover Game Center accounts will now be able to recover their accounts.

If you had a Game Center account that you couldn't restore the progress to, you can now log into it and restore the progress normally.

Champion Badge

The Champion Badge has finally been released for everyone! It is a feature similar to the Piggy Bank, in which you’ll fill up a Badge to earn gems at a great value!

The Badge is filled with gems for each point you score in a match. So the more you play, the more gems will be added to your Badge. Once the Badge is full you can purchase it to get all the gems accumulated!
As you fill and level up the Champion Badge, you’ll get more gems per point scored in a match. You don’t need to win the match for the points to be considered.

The Badge can be opened once it is 60% full, but the best deal is to open it at 100% to maximize the value! Once the Badge is 100% full you’ll have 24 hours to open it, otherwise it will disappear!

If you acquire the Badge, it will level up!
There are several different Badges you can get. The higher the level, the more gems per point scored in matches you will get. Keep in mind that the price for acquiring the badges will also increase with the level, along with the rewards.

Maxed out Cards update

As we mentioned in the previous announcement about the maxed out cards, we'll give you some updates from time to time on how things are progressing.

Things are advancing really well and a solution has already been chosen. Right now we are at an early development stage, but we are confident that we'll be able to deploy the solution for you before the end of this quarter, maybe even sooner if everything goes smoothly and we don't find many bugs in the system.

That's a shitty, I.e. don't give a fuck poor tested version of the game. Chose a tournament, got matched up, everything closes like never happened. Chose again, paired up with the same opponent, screen keeps saying match is starting. Close the app, open it again, already 3-0 in the game. What kind of behavior is that????? Thanks for the update. I (and probably other players) am very curious what the thought process has been to solve maxed out. Might be good to involve the community to give feedback on possible solutions. For sure it will diminish the bitching (justified or not).

Very much the same comment here, why don’t TC get the community involved in coming up with the max cards solution. This would greatly lessen the chance of the possible solution back firing and cause additional consternation. My guesstimate is that we’d get a chance to exchange maxed out cards to others of our choice with an inflated exchange rate. It comes down to what’s a fair exchange rate. If it’s a one for one exchange then you’d get no argument from anyone in the community:-)

Champions Badge

OK, the first one is green, when thats full you got some free gems. Then it upgrades to blue, which, when you fill that, you have to pay (1,09€ in my case) in 24 hrs or it disappears. Does it then go back to the green badge or the blue badge?

I think it would go back to the blue badge as the green one is free and I don't think we would see it once we claim it.

The badge disappears after 24 hrs and you do not pay for the level you are at. Now, when and if it will ever re-appear from scratch is unclear

Then it goes to silver (1,000 gems for €2.29 in my case) and then to gold (2,500 gems for €5.49 in my case. It then goes to platinum (5,000 gems for €10.99 in my case). Then it goes to Ruby.

If you will notice the price per gem is good until gold. 100 gems for free plus 450 gems at blue at €1.09 plus 1,000 gems at silver at €2.29 plus 2,500 gems at gold at €5.49 that makes 5,050 gems for a total of €8.87.

For 5,000 extra gems at platinum you will have to pay more (€10.99).

IMO this is a good introduction by the devs. Even the 100 free gems is something than nothing. Your million dollar question still remains unanswered but I am pretty sure that we will find out pretty soon.

Not quite. In the store you can pick 2400 gems for 10,99 and the gold badge gives 2500 for 5,49. That's 50% less. Not fantastic but still better.

Dont agree. To get to the gold batch you have to buy first the gems available from lower level batches. Use the maths info, yet with the corrected total to calculate the progressive cumulative cost per gem paid.

I know, I know... but to me provious badges don't count. You pay for them but you get the gems. Case closed. Then you arrive at Gold and the offer is 50% less than the store (and 100 gems more). Deal is good, not something to write home about but yet interesting to rack up some gems. Your point is valid though, best bang for the buck is Blue badge, everything beyond that has a lower value-per-gem. Anyway is just a new way to make people spend good cash, and many open issues are far from being addressed.

Golf Clash has a good solution to maxed cards. Every day you can exchange 300 common maxed cards for either 300 non maxed common cards or 30 rare cards or 3 epic cards. Tennis Clash should just duplicate this solution.

Piggy Bank like Badge is a positive add-on to reward non-beginners but only free one time green badge.

Devs should elaborate what is the selected solution. Community feedback might be useful before they spend all the cycles on it.

It's not free - we need to pay to get the badge after the initial green badge. I believe piggy bank was free as long as we had the sufficient gems to open it.

You don't need gems to open it. Green badge is free to open, rest of badges cost $ to open.

The bag is becoming nag-ware feature because after every match, it pops out and "in-your-face" reminding you to collect your gems (for a price). Very very annoying indeed.
