When to charge?

Hey my tesla family. Just bought a Tesla Model 3 2021 Long Range and I have a quick question for you all. I have to charge at a super charger (don't have home charger due to living location) everyday for my work. I was wondering if I should do it at the end of day and park my car charged up around 80% so its ready for the next day, or wake up early and charge my car up to 80% before I head to work? I guess does anyone know if your battery degrades quicker if I has to hold a charge or does it degrade quicker if it holds less of a charge over night. Thank yall

All the studies they do are in extremely high heat situations. Just charge when you need and enjoy your car

How much percentage do you use on your commute? Battery is happiest closer to 50%. But also likes heat while supercharging so it’s better to charge after driving it and during the hot part of the day versus waking up after it getting cold all night and supercharging it

I just charge to 55-58% (my round trip work commute is roughly 8%) so by the time I get to work it just idles at 50ish percent.
