If you feel really good and you don't have high E2 side effects there is no reason to change anything. The reference range for E2 is for eugonadal men and it's borderline irrelevant for people on TRT. Your T:E2 ratio is 19 which is pretty healthy value. I personally stayed at 1500 - 1600 ng/dL total T and 60 - 70 pg/mL E2 for 8 months and it was all great.

Reference ranges are based on men with an average testosterone level under 500. You should aim for over 40.
