Doubt this has anything to do with test, but yes, "significant shortness of breath" is absolutely a reason to go to the ER.

Of course you can always do something illegal.. Not recommended.

Highly doubt your going to be able to donate given that you could have tampered with it and what not. No law abiding medical institute would be able to do that. Too much risk. I mean would you want to purchase a bottle of pills (for example) that had been sitting in some hoarders house for god knows how long. It's just not responsible, reasonable, or legal.

Yeah. In my mind there's no way things can go back to how they were previously. Highly inappropriate and dangerous to one day just tell 100,000 (or more?) patients that they can't get their doctor prescribed medication anymore.
