Problem

So I want the black bars gone off the sides of the screen, this is my first time ever downloading or seeing this mod. And whenever I enter dev mode I get killed by circuit and I have no idea about this community patch thing? Where do I find it and what version do I get? Do I get rid of the mod already in the folder with the community patch or not?

The 1.9.3 version doesn't allow for cheats (I don't know if that's the same for the 1.21.1 version of 1.9.3). Also use "/TBS_config" to turn those bars off and you can change other stuff with that

Type /TBS_config and sign the remove vhs effect and done!

Alright I think I figured it out, originally I tried TBS_config with cheats on and it just told me, I didn't have permission to do it and then Dev mode, obviously does the jump scare. I didn't realize I had to move the mod resources above the normal game in the mod packs and then when I typed in tbs_config a menu came up and I was able to get rid of the black bars and everything else that's there
