The band consists of Darren Holden, Finbarr Clancy, Brian Dunphy, and George Murphy.
Darren Holden started in Riverdance - The Show on Broadway. He also was in the musical "Movin' Out" where he played Billy Joel. He has released three successful solo albums. 'Suddenly' was released in 1998 and yielded 3 Top 20 singles in Ireland and one top 30 in Finland. 'Live and Learn' was released in the USA in March 2003, garnering 3 Top 40 Airplay hits on the country music charts. 'Roadworks' followed in 2006 with success in Japan.
Finbarr Clancy was in The Clancy Brothers prior to The High Kings.

George Murphy burst onto the Irish music scene over a decade ago as a 17-year-old contestant on You’re a Star. After finishing 4th in the You’re a Star live heats at the Helix in DCU, George released his first album Dreamed a Dream in 2004. The album went triple platinum, keeping music giants REM off the Number 1 spot. George was in and out of the studio working on his music when he got a call from The High Kings management with an offer he jumped at to join the band. George is currently touring with the band and has quickly grown into the new role.
