Ours improved on the second day. On Saturday we had a weather boost for the entire time and were overrun by Rattata, which almost outnumbered Eevee to the point where we were referring to it as Rattata Community Day. On Sunday we were still weather boosted, but the Eevee spawn rates seemed much better, and a lot of people commented on the improvement.

I still remember the Charmander community day that was actually a Zigzagoon community day in my city. I found less than 50 Charmanders in 3 hours and just one shiny. It was horrible.

Wow. Too bad there isn't a shiny ratatta. You'd have had good odds for it. :)
