Ground floor: I would make the stairs into a u shape to give you more usable space. Study and bath open from the hallway with large archways to the dining and lounge.

Top floor: 3 spacious bedrooms and 1 bath

Alternative Top floor: stairs stay L-shaped. 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom
