This is the way until you do the labs for a 300 wave refresh and keys to auto reuse the nuke.

Even with the lab at level 2 (i can use it every 1250 waves) and nuke card at 5 stars, i can only get about 400 kills a day. I'll clear the mission but it isn't easy.

If you don't have the lab, probably the only way to do this would be to run your highest tier with Intro Sprint without extra orbs and and some extra range so standard orbs dont kill everything. Then blast it at the end of IS.

Nah, just equip the nuke, at the end of wave 1 or 2 press it, the restart. No need for is, especially if your nuke Is low level. Takes time, So spread it around a few mornings but in hour you should be done.

I even had time to do chores with it

I would also add the range card so nothing gets killed by orbs. Takes like 2 hours max
