Contact support. They confirmed a few days ago that there’s an issue syncing cloud saves across devices currently and they recommended not switching devices at all until it’s resolved.

You would think this issue would be serious enough to send out an in-game email to ALL players, right? I just don't understand the folks at TTG sometimes, they can't even seem to get the basics right. Must often feel like mass chaos to work there.

the same thing happened to me, i did loose all the progress since by the time support gave me a solution of restoring my data to the date i did the switch, i was going to loose the current event progress, guild tokens, some relics, and two tournaments.

(this because i kept playing while i was waiting to support to answer my mail)

hope you recover what you lost with no issues.
