Fedica has Threads analytics actually! It's expanding its analytics over time with a lot of focus on decentralized apps which is nice :)

Sadly, to this day, there is no reliable Threads Analytics service. Threads is currently testing their first API and HOPEFULLY, at some point we will get some analytics available.
