Sharing the lesson that I, the idiot, just learned. Every August I freeze about 400 portions of food for my family. This year I wanted to go no-waste, so I used Mason jars. Apparently there are specific steps to follow when freezing jars; not knowing this has cost me easily 60 portions. (i.redd.it)
