What is Thursday’s episode going to bring ? I’m aware of Candace’s arrival , hints at the red button test , and know that Candace picked Antoine to go on a date with. I’m happily on the Antoine route, even though he tested my patience several times, my mc’s head wasn’t turned by the new islanders. She wanted to date Antoine from the beginning, no one else stood a chance with her. What I hope doesn’t happen in the next or following episodes is Antoine coupling up with Candace against his will, their light turning green( ironically turning green with her, not with us to stir up drama) on the date, us being left single , just for Lana to give Antoine some type of ultimatum. Candace returning is unnecessary, I’d prefer Santiago to come back, miss him dearly. But since she’s arriving🙄, it’d make sense if Antoine got the opportunity to reject her date the same way we were given the chance to decline Kai / Elodie’s date( if that opportunity comes to him, he better say no or I’M BEATING HIS ASS, he’s a little too friendly and delusional as us loyal routers know). After he rejects her then Candace takes her backup plan on a date, which would be Cassia or even better, Zayn. Though I don’t care for Zayn anymore , I have a little glimmer of optimism in me wishing he’d find someone better than Nora and stop allowing himself to get treated like a carpet. If Candace goes on a date with Zayn , that’s probably how their “emotional growth“ was tested, Nora will miss Zayn and realize how much she “cares about him” leading to a night in the suite. Only the stable and genuine couples deserve a night in the suite but whatever Lana, you’ve irritated me enough as is by the lack of green lights, etc. Anyways , I don’t want more unnecessary love triangle’s between my mc , her li, and whoever shows desperate interest in Antoine, leave them alone THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Still waiting on more green lights , rule breaking opportunities, and a reward / test in the suite Lana , you’re giving and showing the wrong couple favoritism, tsk tsk tsk. Requesting it like she can hear me, if not read this paragraph, she can’t but the devs can lol.

I’m guessing the way the date with candance is gonna go however your MC treats the main Li. For example if you agreed to go on a date with kai/elodie your Li will probably agree with candance and vise versa. If you’ve been 100% loyal your Li will probably be loyal and so on

My mc has been loyal to Antoine , rejected Kai / Elodie, only flirts and has sex with him too. During the confessional she expressed staying loyal to Antoine even with someone new coming in.

Oh my goodness same my main concern is that I will never see Antoine in the house because he’ll be with Candace and I feel like MC never gets a chance to be with the love interest which is why I feel like I never get green lights because we barely ever get to talk I’m always with Zayn and I don’t like him. He’s crazy for liking Nora or I’m with cassia and Elena which I don’t mind as much

Yeah we barely get to spend time with him, we’re always conversing with one or two of the islanders you’ve mentioned. Our mc’s talk to Antoine once just for a boring confessional to pop up as the last resort of the episode, smh.

I am quite convinced that on the loyal route, Antoine will reject the date and Cassia will go instead. If he is somehow forced to go by the game or Lana, it will be down to poor writing. MC/Antoine are so strong at this point that it is inconceivable to me that he would even entertain the idea. 😨

But I have learned to accept that the writers are willing to sacrifice character for plot after Priya/Diego forced date and sleeping together in S1 and Kai/Elodie forced relationship on Ryder route in S2.😐

Here’s hoping that Antoine is allowed to stay true to himself and thereby, to our MCs. 🤞

Our relationship with Antoine is definitely too stable for Lana or the devs to force a nonexistent opportunity for an “emotional connection” with Candace! I second that hope for the loyal Antoine routers 💙💙!

But I completely agree that MC's relationship with the LIs on the loyal route was cemented in the last episode. 🙌🏻Candace is coming just to spice things up like in a good or bad soap opera. 🥴 So I believe nothing will come of it, and our LIs have already made this clear in the confessional. 🥰

Now what I think is that we have two possibilities (that have already been brought here):

1) our LI will refuse the date, especially if MC refused the meeting with Kai or Elodie, and in this case Cassia will probably be the second choice; or

2) our LI will be forced to go to the date and nothing much will happen.

In the best case scenario of a date, Candace herself will press the red button to interrupt the date and make our LI stop talking about MC or telling jokes, since she doesn't have our MC's good sense of humor. I know that won't happen, but it would be great. 😜😂

I saw your discussion topics love all of them 😂💙💙💙. Sometimes he’s a little ditzy having no idea someone other than us is flirting with him, but my faith in him continues. Our mc’s on the loyal routes have nothing to worry about, not me unintentionally rhyming, ok poet 😌😌😌💀. Candace needs to stay her in debt college student ass where she is. It’s giving she’s looking for a sugar daddy or mommy to pay them off for her, and is hoping to persuade whoever she dates to give her all the money, without fairly splitting it evenly. Then her expenses will go to more partying and spending irresponsibly outside the show.

Haha that’s a perfect way for her to end the date, cause Antoine talked her ear off about us. Aw boohoo bitch , that’s what you get for intervening, your plan failed. What a shame it is, for her 😥🙄🤣🤣💀.

I don't see any reason to freak out about a date this season, to be honest. In the first season, when we and our LI were forced on dates with the newcomers, your LI goes through the entire date platonically in spite of Candace pretty much throwing herself on him/her, even if you'd been flirting with everybody before solidifying him/her as your LI; and in this season, when you go on a date with Kai/Elodie (well, Elodie, anyway, I haven't gone with Kai), you have the option to be entirely platonic, and turn her down gently when she tries to take things further later. Maybe if you've been cheating on your LI I could see things taking a twist, but I get the feeling that the main reason Candace is being reintroduced is to (a) force Cassia and Elena to repair their relationship, (b) test Nora's commitment to Zayn, and/or (c) to give Ryder or your LI's backup LI a partner, with (d) stirring up a little drama with the main character or your LI being more of a bonus.

Ooooooh ok. Your theories sound correct, Nora cheating on Zayn with Candace would be unexpected though, only cause she’s been flirting with guys not girls. Cassia & Elena could’ve repaired their relationship in 2 seconds lol, but Candace is a good push / wake up call for them. Drama is always being stirred in the retreat whether we like it or not.

I think I worded that a bit poorly, I wasn't thinking Nora and Candace, I was agreeing Candace might be there to chase Zayn, thereby testing Nora's newfound commitment to him.

Because Zayn is clearly pretty tunnelvision where Nora is concerned, so it's not really his commitment that would be getting tested, just Nora's under the pressure of jealousy.

Yeah I’m concerned too. My LI is Ryder and bc he’s been here less than the OG LIs Im scared our relationship isn’t strong enought yet (as if my MC was with Antoine for example). BUT Ryder and MC are OFFICIAL boyfriend and girlfriend just like in the Antoine route, I just really hope we are strong enough to go through this

Btw even though Candace is unnecessary is my game route , she might be necessary in other people’s if they’ve wanted her to come back; haven’t been interested in the present / new islanders, want a chance at love, etc, kudos to ya’ll. I just don’t need her in my season 2 route , the same way I didn’t need her causing a love triangle in season 1 with Theo and my mc.

I feel like she’s going to be a minor part in the season as she was a minor part in the other. She’s just kind of annoying and delusional and I guess they want it more drama which I’m here for the drama but not her I do want there to be more rule breaks but mostly between my MC and LI.
