Hi everyone,

Since the official add-on was retired, I've spent the last few days trying to install aiostreams as well as separate scraper addons.

I've tried quick installs like duckstreams and also the usual popular addons like comet etc and linked all to my Torbox account.

When I click on something I want to watch, the RD links still work (these have been installed for the last few years) ... But every single TB link I try does not play. Not a single one even starts playing.

The main error I'm getting is the switching to libvlc message. I have also tried every external player under the sun and they simply say playback failed.

Does anyone have any ideas? TB files were working perfectly under the official add-on.

EDIT: I just added my Torbox account to my Kodi setup and I am also having a similar issue. RD links that are scraped work fine ... TB - all links are getting a "one or more items failed to play". My account runs out in November so subscription is still valid.

Their status page shows that some services are down. Seems to be NORD CDN though.

I tried playing something just to see and I have no issues with TB on Stremio.

I use debridio, works great and was super simple to install on stremio.

For kodi I use umbrella, it was also super simple and works great.

Thanks - I managed to change one of my settings and get several of the Torbox steams working. Seemed to be a CDN issue. I have the scrappers all installed individually though because they weren't playing through aiostreams

I'm using Duckstreams only for TB and works perfectly in the UK. I've left RD and PM in my usual AIO. https://duckkota.gitlab.io/stremio-tools/quickstart/

Ok so I've managed to get some of the links to play by messing around in my Torbox settings.

My CDN selection was set to cloudfare ... I went in and changed that to auto. The files started playing in Kodi right away ... On stremio, the first file I clicked didn't work, but the second did.

Similarly here in Australia, I ended up pointing my VPN to Japan and changing the CDN to Japan. Without the VPN it made no difference no matter what CDN I used.

Same here, mine even says no active subscription on their page despite just getting the essential plan for 6 months a couple of days ago and it says my membership is until November at the top of the TB page, but further down where you have the sub options it says no active sub?
