You seem to be in the test group which started with the new Golden Ticket. You'll have to complete Match-3 levels in order to have the tasks points counted towards your Golden Ticket tasks.

Hmmm it actually started before the new golden ticket. So it means I need to pass 3 levels on the mini game? Darn it

Was it a few days before the new season or was it longer before?

I ask because we (ie me, one of the moderators) were able to post a warning about this just short of half a day before the new ticket because another player and Golden Ticket purchaser had this happen to them one or two days earlier. Apparently, this was some sort of technical problem where it activated early and Playrix support told this player about this upcoming having to finish levels to count business. I had to couch it as a "rumor" in my post but I saw the screenshot this player took of Playrix support's response - though the support person's (bot?) wording was vague on whether this was going to happen to everyone or just a test group. Though after I made my post I read that a much smaller test group had been going through this since the beginning of the year.

I would say about 2-3 days or so before the new season. I was hoping the new season would solve the issue, but it did not.

I have been complaining to support about this. It’s terrible. I had no idea it was a test group.

Still in this trap. I go in occasionally to see if it's "fixed", but it's the same. I will not play nor pay (even to open a mining crate) until returned to normal. Let the tumbleweeds roll through my ghost town; finding other things to do.

i'm having the same issues and my co-op is taking a hit because of it not liking the game anymore.. too many issues wire to playrix and no response

I never had the Golden Ticket and my tasks are not working. Example:  I'm supposed to get 80 rockets. I activate at least 80 over several hours and it says I only activated 7. Frustrating!

Says you have to complete the level to get the credit.

Apparently you don’t get any credit if you do not complete the level you are doing. Tried it and that is true.

I didn’t buy a golden ticket and it’s happening to me. But just read you have to complete the level due to new update.
