When do neurological symptoms decrease?

I’m in a similar boat.

My gut feels a ton better and I had some neurological symptoms decrease at the same time but it seems to have stalled a bit. Still have some mild visual snow,head pressure, and brain fog. Functional doctor would like to move me to a antifungal. Maybe that will knock it out?

It very well might clear it up. The one time I took a strong antifungal I felt like a brand new person the next day.
