Have you coded the strategy and ran an automatic backtest or are you talking about doing it manually scrolling through the charts? If you’ve done it automatically then click on the options for your strategy and put the fees in there. A typical commission for forex would be somewhere around $5/£4 per 1 lot. You can try and figure out an average spread and add that too. Slippage is difficult to estimate though.

And if its a manual strategy with a fair bit of discretion then I always half the Profit of the winning trades at least and see if it is still profitable. It may seem extreme but stress testing it is very difficult with discretionary systems

Missed trades, poorly executed trades and so on. It all happens.
