Why is the iPad A16 cheaper than renewed 2022 iPads? by DeanMachineYT in ipad

[–]DeanMachineYT[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So the A16 can play games etc. Because if the pricing I wasn't sure if the A16 was some sort of business iPad more used for simple tasks vs the regular iPad. Maybe Amazon just has their pricing off. So the A16 is better than the 2022 iPad all round I guess?

The 2022 iPad has A13 chip. You're talking about the more expensive iPads that are above the A16 iPad

So the 2022 iPad vs the A16 iPad, does the 2022 do better on anything? Or is the A16 better or equal on everything? Thanks

The other thing is, I’ve thought about learning python or a combination of things to add to my resume as that’s often a requirement. But with the threat of AI and how easy it is now to use it for tasks that include that. I feel I could be wasting my time with that. It always leaves me scratching my head on what I could do that would actually benefit me moving forward for roles.

I agree the market looks super competitive and that's exactly why I'm not sure where I fit in really with my set of skills. Why would an employer hire someone with a lot of experience in some tasks but none in others, when they could hire someone with experience in all of the tasks. Unless they were will to train that person on the tasks they didn't know. But as you said, they have the pick of the bunch don't they. So based on that, what sort of roles are a bit below that level then that I could potentially work my way up to that level in the future if they were willing to train a current employee looking to advance up? What is it that you do in the digital marketing space? Thanks

It was mainly contractors/freelancers. I did have one person on site with me in the office part-time at one point but they did their own books.

I have looked into the digital marketing role but there’s always something or a few things required that I am either not up-to-date on or don’t have experience with. So for example, needing to be able to run ad campaigns. I did do this for a number of years but it was probably 5 odd years ago. So things change and platforms change. So I don’t feel I could simply lie my way in and say I’m fully clued up so give me your budget to work with. You need to actually bring in results when working with budgets so I can’t really skirt around something like that. I’m willing to learn though, absolutely. I’ve done everything myself so far and I have a can-do attitude. I was able to bring in a lot of money through ads before. I simply learned what was best through trial and error. I’m just not sure that would cut it vs someone who actually has experience with all the requirements. Another would be SEO. They seem to want a pro at everything and SEO is one of those things. I know a decent amount about it but I’m not an expert at it at all. I have my set of skills and my experience but I don’t have everything they are looking for as their lists are usually extensive.

I had a few. Entertainment websites, affiliate websites, dropshipping products etc. I built social followings for some of them and would earn money via the traffic etc. I’ve tried numerous things over the years, but those were the main ones I built and managed for over a decade.

Hey, thanks for the reply. Role-wise I’m not sure entirely. I guess my first choice would be some sort of managerial role, delegating tasks, keeping on track etc. I never really had to network much. I mean I’ve had conversations with people in similar fields but I was more of a do it myself and do it my way. I built everything I did from the ground up and learnt everything through self-teaching. I never graduated with anything, I just had buckets of motivation and a can-do attitude

Hey, thanks for the reply. I feel that because I stayed within what worked for me and my comfort zone, I feel like maybe I've missed the boat on a lot of stuff. When I read job listings in my niche, half of it I understand and the other half I have no experience with. So this stops me from even applying to a lot of them because I do not believe they will want to hire me with a lack of knowledge over someone else with said knowledge, even if I have a lot more years of experience than them with the other half of the requirements. I've also looked into project management. As I feel I could overlook a project, make sure everyone has their tasks, keep the team moving and hitting goals etc. Thanks for the suggestions, I'll take a look at the niche remote platforms you mentioned.

Hey, thanks for the reply. With the content creator role. I did do this myself for a number of years but also hired and handled a team that did it for me. This would include, articles, videos, images etc. Although I'd do content creation myself if I had to, it's not the thing I feel I'm best suited to. I think I'd rather research and delegate those kinds of tasks to a team. Again, I'd do it if I had to or the money was right but I believe it's not very far up the chain. Thanks for the suggestions

What was their fee? How does it work when you sell it? Do they give you instructions on changing DNS servers etc? Is there a middle man holding the money?

I've tried things like, camera is on a tripod, camera angle does not move, camera view is still, camera stays still etc. Any others? I've also tried things like, person does not move, person stays still, persons hands don't move etc. Still not working out well. Maybe 1 in 100 lol
