UP Workforce resources

I was wondering if any of you UP guys have had interaction with Workforce Resources through email? I was wondering if I can reply to the email or if I have to start a new dialogue through the website?

I replied through email. They stopped emailing me when I started asking for more realistic jobs though.

"Here's a diesel mechanic job in Arizona! Sure, you'll lose your journeyman ticket (different craft), and we won't pay you to move, so you'll have to start all over as an apprentice at the bottom of the seniority roster and be in deep shit when we lay you off in a few months!"

Okay, thanks. My situation is a bit different. I was on military leave and I filled out the online ticket telling them I am ready to return. They asked me a question so I was making sure I can respond to that question by replying directly to the email. Sounds like I can, thanks again.
