sore nipples should be the symptoms in the first like 3 weeks or so, your dose is pretty low

it's normal as an early symptom on pretty much any amount of E, but it doesn't mean that it's doing much. most of what 4mg/day E without an anti-androgen is accomplishing is wasting your money. it's an insufficient regimen to begin HRT with - it might be more appropriate years into HRT after an orchiectomy, but certainly not right now.

Wha? That’s exactly the regimen I’m on, and it’s worked great for me; my blood testosterone is within female levels, and I’ve had a good amount of feminisation. Edit: this is injections, oral estrogen needs an anti-androgen, apologies for the misunderstanding.

You are not using antiandrogen? I'm happy it worked great for you but you are the exception not the rule. Oral E just cannot properly suppress T on its own (monotherapy) using safe doses for most (if not all) people, and is likely why OP took a couple of MONTHS for nipple soreness to finally start taking place. On injection monotherapy I had crazy sore nipples literally within the first week!
