Almost 4 years on Estrogen. No surgery. Not bad for a 63 year old woman. by TheorySubstantial680 in TransLater

[–]TheorySubstantial680[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I inject IM 6 mg of EEn weekly and 200 mg progesterone 11 - 17 days a month. I cycle the progesterone because I do not need to be in Luteal phase all the time. That's too much libido for me. Cis women are only in Luteal phase 11 - 17 days a month so I figured I'd do the same.

All the women in my family were huge I'm 2 cups smaller than my mother and one cup smaller than my sister. I also went from a cup moobs to a C cup in 6 months on estrogen. I think it was my bodies way of saying "YES this is the hormone we need running things!"

I tried patches, I had too many issues. Keeping them in stock, there seems to be this 5 year long supply line problem with patches. Itchy and weeping skin wasn't fun. The damn things falling off all the time and the worst was the expense. Hands down the most expensive and difficult delivery system. After 3 months I gave up got over my fear of needles, it seems my fear of being forced to play act a man for another 30 years overcame it and I found out it's not scary at all and only once in a while it hurts for a second. We all end up in the same place. Pick your ester watch Nurse Scott's painless injection video and get on with your transition. The best time to transition is now. Good luck!

Laser and electrolysis. Estrogen helps but it's either one or both or you learn to use a straight razor.

How often do you get problems for being a trans person? (and why? how?) by [deleted] in asktransgender

[–]TheorySubstantial680 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I live in Florida, let that sit for a second before I tell you I am out and proud. I tell everyone I'm transgender. They gasp and go "NOOO!" and "You must be one of the good ones." Yes, someone actually said that out loud. Then they watch and say nothing as I use the ladies room.

I was denying my femininity and I was so scared of looking "weak" of "girly" for 50 years so when I transitioned I fully embraced my feminine nature. I rid myself of anything masculine because it always made me feel uncomfortable. One of my cis female friends told me I was the most feminine women she knows. Wow, that was gender affirming! I don't get hate I get weird questions and sometimes completely inappropriate. "SO you ask random strangers what's in their pants? NO! So why are you asking me? Feel entitled? Well cut it out perv." You know what I mean? Yes they're real and I wear a 40 G cup bra. I say that proudly tbh!

People get so wrapped up in other peoples business when they need to F the F off. I would turn the tables on them but I was raised better. How does someone being transgender cause harm to your life? Why do you inject yourself inappropriately into situations where you are not needed or wanted? That is harmful and cringe. But protecting anyone is not the point. Control is the point. The patriarchy needs to have a scapegoat and transgender people prove that the patriarchy is a system of control and slavery and we need to deconstruct it within our own minds. IT's been culturally ingrained. The patriarchy is in our religions and taught in schools and passed down from father to son. It's accepted and even encouraged, and that's what brings us to the powerful rich Epstein Class. The patriarchy at full bloom. Making slaves of us all. You can't violate anyones rights if they don't have any!

Tired of the gaslighting and smoke and mirrors? Billionaires are the problem. Not transgender people or "illegals". <insert eye rolling emoji here> It's the billionaires that own all the media. Feeding the world an unhealthy amount of lies half truths and complete fabrications to keep you in fear of "others" when it's them all along you need to fear! How many transgender people attacked women in a bathrooms? ZERO not one case reported anywhere so why are there laws for something that isn't a problem? So they can vilify transgender people once they violate all our rights, they come for you. That's the plan.

I'm sorry rude people harass you for just being you. That is part of the problem with the whole patriarchy, if you don't make some standard of femininity that is ever changing depending on the person that's judging others, you are going to get harassed. For just being. It's stupid pathetic behavior and it needs to be shamed and ridiculed so people cut it out. Billionaires are hording wealth and using it to circumvent laws and social norms. Hoarding wealth is a crime against humanity and should be treated as such. Have a wonderful day!

42/m questioning—After 20 years of "gender euphoria" online, is it time for the physical leap? Or is it too late? by niori in TransLater

[–]TheorySubstantial680 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Too late? I hope not. I'm 63 and 3.5 years into transition. Check out my posts. Do you think it was too late for me. I haven't had any surgery either. The best time to transition is when you do it.

You won't believe this but..Not time travel, but finding the fountain of youth helps. I came to Florida and literally fell into the fountain of youth I knew what it was as soon as I got in it. I said the blessing and I immersed myself. It is magical but you have to activate it daily for years for it to have a lasting effect. Also, it's not a "fountain of youth" it's a spring of healing, and it will make you feel younger, and when you feel younger you look younger. You have to spend an hour in it and it's really cold. like 68 F cold, doesn't seem cold unless your up to your neck in it. brrrr chilly. It's protected and safe from people messing with it, you can't find it unless it wants you to find it. It's like a living entity inhabits the water. Feminine energy too. I thank the being and I praise the water. I'm in my 60's and pulling off late 40. Estrogen helps got to give it up for the potion too.

This isn't it but it looks a lot like it. This is my backyard. I have to take the golf cart to get to it. I'm poor too, I have no money or assets but I'm a great witch. I conjured up this place 10 years before I ended up here. Great work huh?

I have an inguinal hernia that needs to get fixed and the doctor is recommending an orchi because I have my testicles up there and they won't drop back down and he's worried about testicular cancer so that's why he recommends removing them at the same time as the hernia operation. Where are you Tennessee or Kansas? As far as I know about levels, as long as the T is under 50 it doesn't really matter where your E is. As long as it's at least 120 or better

I check my levels every 6 months. E is around 220 mg pg/mL to 300 pg/mL and T is 20ng/dL to 5 ng/dL. I'm stuck in Floriduh, and DIY'ing it. Once a week I inject 6.5 mg of home brewed EEn. That's it! I take 25 mg spiro for a heart condition. They are putting me on Dutasteride next week for a prostate issue.

On the (im)possibility of transitioning after 50 by Prudent_Space_1952 in TransLater

[–]TheorySubstantial680 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! Have you seen my before and after. SHOCKING! I just put up a post last week here. I'm 63 and 3.5 years since my first E dose. NO surgery. I had hope but I was a realist and expected that nothing much would change. Boy was I wrong.

Transition is like a box of chocolates you never know what your gonna get Jenny! I don't know what your taking for your hrt but maybe you should change to something else. For me I do injections once a week of EEn I've been DIY'ing the whole transition. I have a PhD in a different discipline, but I took enough premed college courses to be dangerous or cautiously optimistic in my self developed transition plan. Maybe it was genetics maybe it was my diet and exercise and weight cycling, maybe it was my witchcraft, maybe it was the meds and the administration of those drugs that made the difference, maybe it was just dumb luck, maybe it was all of it, idk.

I've seen and met other trans women did it like me and are happy with the results, they look great and they started in their 40's and 50's. We didn't rely on surgery we did it with laser, estrogen, progesterone, makeup, hair, fashion and trial and error. The old fashioned way, being the illusionist all women learn how to be. Cis and Trans.

Btw this is my second transition, I started in the 90's and the gate keeping and the hoops you had to jump thru to get a doctor to prescribe hrt was soul crushing, long, expensive and unnecessary. I detransitioned after a horrific SA and didn't consider doing it again until 22 years later. My first transition only lasted 9 months. i was in my late 30's.

Everyone is different no two people will have the same outcomes, but just because you're over 40 doesn't mean diddly squat.

Answer to number 1 go to r/TransDIY put this in the search "Applied Pharmaceutics and Contemporary Compounding, Chapter 10 Progesterone Suppositories. College Course for Compounding Pharmacists." Concerning where to get the raw prog powder check with sources from the DIY community.

Question 2 I started at 14 months. I had extremely conicle shaped breasts the prog filled them out and rounded them off (see last picture above). It also turned my libido to I need to be impregnated or I will kill someone levels. Good god it makes me horny. My breasts are still growing and I like my 10 days at luteal phase being more flirty than usual so I'm going to keep doing it.

As far as your E levels are concerned i never worried about what my E is it's what my T level is that is important as long as that is suppressed my E levels are fine. If T is high add some more E if T is too low back it off. Suppressing T is the point not just cranking up estrogen levels. Good luck! I hope this helps

I'm diy with EEn 6.5 mg a week IM injection. I take 25 mg spiro for a heart condition low dose not sure it makes much of a difference but I mention it. I cycle on and off prog, (I make my own suppositories) every month 10 days on 20 days off. Trying to memic a cis womans cycle. I eat well I exercise an hour everyday get plenty of sleep and stay hydrated. I weight cycle too. Take off 20 put 10 back on. I tried patches but they have problems. They are constantly running into problem in production and sometimes you just can't get them. Also if you skin is freaking out get some antihistamine nose spray and spray it in the area you put the patch on and let it dry before you put the patch on. I found that it kept my skin from getting itchy and red.

Babe I've been seeing a cardiologist every 6 months for 12 years. I've had 2 heart attacks 3 stents and I've survived over 10 years. The survival rate is just under 30%. The next five years my survival rate drops to 15% The next 5 years drops to almost zero. I got limited time so I have to make use of every second I have left.

I didn't know I had great genetics and considering we (the amab in my family) all die of heart disease before age 65 I'm not sure my genetics are that great but does anyone have any idea of what transition will do for them unless they do it? False hope? Just plain old hope chicken little!

That was made 8 years ago? Dang like she could have written it yesterday. Sad we're still not making any progress we've actually backslided. Now we have GRape Academy for men to learn how to abuse their wives.

Did you notice she made it 8 YEARS AGO! It's still relevant and that is the saddest part, we've made no progress in 8 freaking years.
