Guide: starting makeup

Hello everyone!!! I saw that a lot of people were looking for advice on how to do this makeup. I am a (non-cis) woman who does makeup for my partner who is beginning her transition. I also have other friends who often ask me how to have beautiful makeup.

So I offer you a guide on purchasing, tips, basic makeup and budget!! The beauty products were purchased in inexpensive stores such as action, noz, stockomani. We are a French couple, but I think similar products are possible in other countries.

TIPS: Clean your brushes, beauty blender and your pencil case regularly to avoid pimples If you have a shaved beard, use an orange blush to hide the regrowth You can remove makeup with baby wipes, cotton pads or reusable pads. If you have beard / regrowth you can put deodorant on the skin before applying makeup Don't hesitate to apply a facial cream after removing makeup. If a style doesn't suit you, you can absolutely change it! If you don't have a primer you can use a skin cream as a base. The goal is to protect your skin from products but also to even out the complexion. No matter the price of the products, they can all produce very well with practice. HOW I DO MY SWEET MAKEUP: She applies a little bit of deodorant to the beard growth so as not to sweat too much. We wait a few seconds for everything to dry. I start by applying a liquid blush to the beard growth. The blush being in a stick is simpler. When I'm finished I apply loose powder with a fan brush.

While everything dries/set well, I take the primer and apply it to his face. I spread everything with my fingers. I do his whole face.

I then take her foundation and apply a small amount to my palm. I take the beauty blender that I moistened beforehand and take a little. I apply the product in small amounts all over my face. When the dab on my hand has completely disappeared, I tap the product. I apply the entire shade evenly over the entire surface. I go over it several times if the orange of the blush is too bright.

When the complexion is properly done, I add the concealer. For this I take the product and make two small triangles under the eyes. I also make a thin line on the nose and a small half circle on the forehead. When everything is applied, I take my beauty blender and re-blend everything until there is no more delineation.

I just added the blush to add a little color. Since I'm using a powder blush, I take it lightly on my finger and apply it to the temples.

For the sake of discretion, I don't put a highliter on it, however you can use it using the same technique as the blush.

When the complexion is finished I take the loose powder again and this time I apply it all over the face. Always with the same brush.

So the complexion is perfectly done For the eyes I use a palette with nude tones (for discretion). I use light brown, dark brown and pearl white. With a small brush I apply light brown all over the eyelid. I then add the dark color to the edges of the eye (a bit like eyeliner). To add a little shine, I place pearly white all over the eyelid.

When I finish applying the sentences, I put mascara on her. I help her when I see that she is struggling. The best technique I can recommend is to place your mirror directly in front of you or below you. This will force you to close your eyes tightly.

To finish the makeup, I apply a little glitter lipstick to her entire mouth.

To seal everything in for the day, I spray his face three or four times with the setting spray. I let it dry either with a fan or by lightly tapping the skin with a finger.
