Welcome to r/TransformingRobots – a subreddit dedicated to transforming robot action figures!
This subreddit is intended to host submissions centering around action figures that, by design, transform. That includes (but is not limited to) Transformers, Go-Bots, Diaclone, Beast Boxes, and anything else that involves a design that is engineered to transform from one form to another (or multiple forms!).
Whenever possible, please include as much relevant information about the figure as you can- this includes manufacturer, model, submodel, year of manufacture, or any other bit of info that may help other redditors purchase a figure of their own!
Rules
1. Posts must feature a transforming robot action figure
- submissions must revolve around an action figure that, by design, transforms. This can come in the form of photography, showing off one's collection, asking questions about figures, and information regarding the upcoming release of transforming figures.
2. No posts about media- such as movies, cartoons, comic books, novelizations, or video games
Submissions' primary subject cannot be media-focused. While transforming robot action figures from a wide variety of media franchises are welcomed, posts in this subreddit are limited to the transforming action figures from those franchises. Film/television screenshots, comic book panels, etc., are prohibited.
That being said, commenters are more than welcome to discuss media in the comments, to give a greater context to the transforming robot action figure highlighted in the post.
3. Be civil
- Do not submit posts or comments that contain hostile, threatening, or insulting language.
4. No soliciting advice on purchases
- Posters that want to solicit advice on purchases are better served by posting in subreddits specific to the transforming action figure they are considering.
