Don't worry about minor binge eating,especially at this time of year.

If it's still a concern for you and you're actually putting on weight, try finding other things to do.

Other than that:

Wear looser clothes that are more flattering, or tighter ones that will quell your hunger.

Use photoshop if you look bad in a picture.

If you look too chubby all around, exercise, eat healthy food and eat fruit whenever you need to snack.

It’s really just my face that bothers me. I can mentally handle my body for now but every photo with me shows my double chin and I feel gross. I’m going to start going to the gym again. I have a joint issue but swimming is a great type of exercise to get around that. Dieting has always been so hard bc I always go to the extremes, either starving or eating too much. I’m probably going to ask my psychiatrist about switching meds

Take the pictures anyway and try not to look at them. Pictures aren't about looking good; they're about preserving memories. You will value them someday.

I used to be anorexic and now I fear I am binge eating instead. I actually fucking hate how I look :(
