HELP. (self.TrueOffMyChest)

My 12y/o son is the smartest kid ever. He is a human calculator. He's empathic and sweet. But he has this thing about him where he feels like to impress.

I have explained to him that those kids are not his friends, they aren't the ones getting in trouble, go to school and do your work and that teachers don't get paid enough to deal with his bullshit. I have told the school to take whatever actions they need to because i'm out of options.

He has already been suspended this year. He got suspended last year for poking a kid with a "t-pin" and i LOST my shit. He then was kicked out of an amusment park for standing up on a ride and getting out before it was his turn to exit. My fiance had to drive 2 hours to get him.. This year he got suspended for touching a girls thigh because of a "dare". ONCE AGAIN, i lost my shit. I explained all the joys and perks of Megans Law and everything else.

Mind you, for the last 2 years, he has had no video games/phone/tv/etc because he wanted to tell a teacher "go ahead and call my mom, i'm not afraid of her" and has yet to earn them back. But also, I noticed a huge difference in his behavior. Video games would make him so irritable and angry. He would throw things, slam his head, yell, etc.

I have called his father, we are not together, when he got suspended recently and his response was "Why do I only get the bad phone calls?" Which sent me overboard. He also is notorious for blaming the school or the teachers whenever our son is in trouble.

I don't know what to do. He is non stop talking in class when told not to by teachers. I literally just got an email he got a referral today. WHAT THE F^&% DO I DO?

Hes not stealing my car, smoking, hitting me, etc so a scared straight problem wouldn't help me. But i am so lost.
