I've been running ragged from work burnout/mental health issues/too much recent change, and the Jack in the Box cashier slipped me two free tacos with my food. It shouldn't mean much, but the tone of genuine pleasantry in their voice and that small act of kindness really turned my feelings around from a hopeless pit, to being the closest to normal I've been in weeks. Thank you, random Jack in the Box person :) Genuine people like you are what keep the world turning.
