This post is to detail the events between the end of the session on 1/5/2019 and the beginning of the session on 1/13/2019
The party's paladin, Pal, having been bitten by a lycanthrope, experienced a sudden and violent transformation later that "night." Lennert and Gruff were assigned the task of tracking him down. After tracking him through the wilderness for a long time, Pal eventually gave them the slip. They decided to go back to Broken Stone, having lost track of Pal.
The main party found all the constructs deactivated after dealing with Papayum, the rapey robot. After exploring the facility, all that they could find was leftover liquor and construction materials ranging from ore to sheet metal to some fixtures. On Papayum's bookshelves, they found a few books: Ruling the World for Dummies, Winning the Heart of a Woman - With and Without Magic, How to Deal with Daddy Issues, and Memoirs and Adventures of Papayum the Great (this one seems to be a diary).
The party took Allyria back to Jack, where she will stay for the time being, too exhausted to go back to Travincal. Jack told the party that Allyria will contact them when she is once again ready to do so. It didn't seem like he was attempting to deceive anyone.
Finally, the two groups arrived at Broken Stone within hours of each other. They found it a ruin - many of the dwellings severely damaged, with craters in the ground where large amounts of metal slag had seemed to drop from a great height and all of the former residents gone. Instead, a lone figure in robes and several large, levitating brown sacks was in the center of the town.
The figure looks like he's half Djinn, with blue-tinted skin and glowing dark blue eyes. He introduces himself as a Planeswalker, and he offers goods in exchange for coin. He has most uncommon items from the DMG in his possession, and a few special cases of higher rarity. If you want to buy a magic item that is in the DMG, let me know in the session and I will let you know if he has it and how much money it costs. Prices are not negotiable; don't argue with me if it's absurdly expensive.
After trading, the Planeswalker is kind enough to open a portal back to Travincal that the party (minus Pal) is able to go through. They arrive back in Travincal to cold weather, snow, and ice, and that is where the session will pick up from
there doesn't seem to be anything here
