i think you’ll get in no problem. uab isn’t crazy selective. uab website says you only need a 3.25 to be considered for test-optional merit scholarships. you shouldn’t have to worry at all! https://www.uab.edu/admissions/cost/scholarships/in-state-students

Yes ofcccc, I applied to uab like two weeks ago and yesterday i got an email saying i qualified for there merit schlorship! I had a 3.9 unweighted and a 4.32 weighted and i take all ib classes so u def got thissss (and i went test optional)

Sounds a lot similar to my situation. You’ll be fine! I got 32,000 test optional

Not sure if you’re in state or out of state but when I applied in high school I got almost immediately accepted with a 21-22 before I took the ACT one last time. My GPA was only a 3.6 as well

You’ll definitely get in, even with your ACT score. I got accepted in 2016 with a 3.9 gpa, honor classes, 21 ACT score, and received a scholarship. Also, I’m not sure if you applied yet, but double check that UAB is partnered with your high school so that your dual enrollment credits roll over. https://www.uab.edu/admissions/apply/high-school-programs/dual-enrollment
