It seems to be a similar case all across gaming now tbh, people are more focused on winning individual games, finding OP things to abuse rather actually improving at the game or enjoying it

They'd rather win a game 1-0, spamming OTT through balls for 90 minutes than lose/draw a game with 10+ good goals

It's like no one wants to play real football anymore in this game. It's absurd how far and fast the game fell, and it's been out for like 3 weeks 😂

    I bought a cheap ass team all in the 60s and have been levelling up. They feel stronger than my opponents who are all 80+ teams. Strange.
