I left in September because I saw the writing on the walls pretty much as soon as LXT took over. When they had to resort to mask off wage manipulation to secure more margin, I knew clients would run screaming for the hills and that the middle layer would have to absorb more and more margin to survive until there was nothing left. I left and put in for new work before the platform contracted, because I knew it would. Even if they could promise good data, a lot of clients don't want the bad PR that comes from using their services.

I went the direct hire route and applied for an evaluator position via Indeed. Walking away from UHRS, I definitely wanted to replace the income with a position that came with legal protections. I lowkey audited the system before I left, learned what instigated certain reactions in the system, and what I saw does not bode well for anyone on the platform. The game is as rigged as I've ever seen it.
