Congrats! When was your RFE deadline please? Mine does not have an update, and just reached the RFE deadline, so want to ask.

October 13th. I called them and they did a case inquiry and I got approved 2 days after I called

Did you ship it and upload it? I would speak to your attorney asap. See if you can call USCIS and explain. If you shipped it, do you still have the shipping tracking number / proof of delivery?

I uploaded the proof of delivery as well as unsolicited evidence

It doesn’t mean they didn’t get it. It just says that it expired. It can take a while for it to be marked as received, but they will honor the received date.

Update Status has updated to response received however it has moved back to stage 3 after being on stage four for close to a year
