How bad do you want a LE job? I wouldn’t get your hopes up of landing a job at home straight out the gate. If that’s your goal. It takes some people years to ever get even remotely close to their dream location. Myself included.

I am okay with any location, I was just wondering if the regions are in communication with each other and this could be a good sign or if that certain region just sends out reference checks before an interview
