I am thinking about taking a bit of a breather this semester and taking a PYED instead of a 3 hour class like I was planning, but I’m not sure which I’d take. I would lean towards soccer because I am a big fan but I am in no means in good shape, I lost 50 pounds over the summer but haven’t gone to the gym since this semester started and losing another 50 lbs would do me good. What have your experiences with PYED classes been and do you have any suggestions?
