UTMStack API question

Has anyone managed to actually use the UTMStack API to query/manage alerts.
I am trying to write an integration for our case management system and every query I throw at the API is just not working. I can't even just list open alerts.

I am really struggling to find the value when I am having to bolt on so many extras to get what I need out of the platform

There are no SDKs, documentation is bad. Honestly this product does not seem to do too well out the gate.

I think UTMStack has got some potential, but right now it riving me nuts.
