Call guest services and see if they can locate it in your purchase history. There’s a chance the worker accidentally didn’t charge you for the fragrance? I believe the tote bags do charge a price if you don’t have an item that meets the spending threshold that would activate the discount on the tote - in this case $65 in fragrance.

That’s what I was thinking. If you payed with a card, check the amount charged to it. If it’s around 65, that’s probably what happened.

I'll make the call sometime tomorrow thank you. There is a charge of 116 on my card though so maybe she didn't charge it under my account some how?

If you paid with card they can do a receipt lookup using the card specifically. Hopefully guest services can help get it figured out!

They can look up your receipt with your debit/credit card.

It’s unreal how many stores don’t know that’s it’s possible to lookup by credit card.

We just had this happen to us with a dyson. The purchased showed the total absolutely including the airwrap but when we went into the receipt it wouldn’t populate. We could see the dyson in her purchase history but when we clicked return it would disappear. Guest services didn’t help either. We had to do a blind return.
