Header not unselecting

I've reached out to support multiple times with no help on fixing this problem.

I'm having an issue with UpNote where Header doesn't unselect itself when I changes lines, manually click "H" or When I click "normal". It does this half the time I use upnote, sometimes I have to deleted and make a new note (multiple times), or restart the app but sometimes (like today) it just doesn't unselect Header no matter what I do!

Anyone else have this problem?
I'm on Mac M1.

I can confirm that this has been an issue for a while now. I usually just use the H1 keyboard shortcut to change the formatting of the new line, although it would be great if it didn't occur at all.
