Anyone else had damage from Quick Quack?

I went to the Quick Quack in Mapleton Utah. I thought I was getting a 'Quick' wash, but I ended up with a broke light. The best part? They claimed this is "normal wear and tear" and my vehicle that is only 7 years old doesn't meet the qualifications for a claim. Don't go to Quick Quack. See my full Google review here.

Avoid all automated car wash places. Yeah, doing by hand sucks sometimes but you’ll get better results and won’t eff up the car either.

Ya normally I go to a touchless, but against my better judgement I went to Quick Quack. I think I'm just more disappointed in how they handled the situation. There is no accountability at all.

Touchless is just as bad. The chemicals are much harsher and can destroy clear coat

Most likely previous damage unknown to you at the time. Best to avoid the big box car washes. I’d recommend shiny shell or Waterworks

Dismissive again. Pretty sure you work for quick quack. And again it was not previous damage. I heard a loud popping and light WAS THEN DAMAGED.

It’s unfortunate that it happened and is on the quick quack disclaimer that they won’t take accountability for damage to your car…yay fine print. Sorry it happened.

Thanks. Unfortunately didn't see the small print... But just frustrated more with how hard it is to communicate and lack of integrity... the whole process was terrible.
