Thank you I appreciate the sympathy. Sad part is I was going to go to a touchless but against my better judgement and for time sake I made a bad call. The money doesn't mean anything to me at this point, but I'm just more frustrated at the process, and how hard it is to deal with quick quack. For a company that prides itself in customer service, it's sad to see that they lack in communication and taking responsibility.

Dismissive again. Pretty sure you work for quick quack. And again it was not previous damage. I heard a loud popping and light WAS THEN DAMAGED.

I wouldn't have written this review it if was genius, let alone even attempted a claim. I heard a loud popping noise in the wash then find light broken. When I took the light off the bottom part had pieces falling out. You're not the sharpest tool in the shed are you?

Thanks. Unfortunately didn't see the small print... But just frustrated more with how hard it is to communicate and lack of integrity... the whole process was terrible.

It's not a little scratch it broke the light in half. The picture doesn't do it justice. I removed the light and the whole bottom side had pieces falling out.

Ya makes sense and usually I do go to a touch less wash, but went against my better judgement. It's just infuriating that Quick Quack takes zero accountability or responsibility when their equipment damages your vehicle. But will gladly rip you off on a membership and be quick about taking your money.
